UX Research Manager

FULL-TIME · AMSTERDAM

Hi soon-to-be UX Research Manager of BEERWULF.com!

We’re new, we’re growing and together we are embarking upon a great adventure. Our team is a selected blend of beer and eCommerce specialists. Together we make a great team and our pack is looking for a nosy, investigating wulf...

We need an UX Research Manager who is responsible for implementing - and monitoring - all research regarding our highly valued users.

Your ultimate objective: improve the understanding of beer likers and lovers and make them happy Beerwulf customers.

Are you up for this challenge?

Your ‘typical’ day @the office as our UX Research Manager

As a start-up we are still building our team, so we try to work from the office as much as possible. Working hours are relatively flexible. Meeting your deliverables is what matters most. How you meet them? That’s mostly up to you, but you are a self-starter, so this shouldn’t be a problem.

Every day we have our daily stand-up. We use this brief meeting to update each other. Your day will never be the same, but your activities most probably are related to reading customer feedback in Usabilla, setting up AB tests, thinking about new ways to validate our assumptions on how to improve our conversion rate and customer understanding.

Who are you actually?
You are a (very) curious person who wants to understand our users, which is why you love analysing their behaviour and see where we can improve. You can work on anything from setting up tests, analysing feedback, test outcomes and turn them into presentable insights for the team.

You are the person in the team, that validates data and supports them with insights. You show your excellent organizational skills by knowing what researches we are running (and in what country). You know what customer insights every Beerwulf team can use to improve the overall performance.

It’s important we know our beers. Beer is everywhere, so the work is never done. It will most likely grow on you, and after some time you will stop and take a look at beers in bars, supermarkets, festivals and online. You will become (if not already) curious and excited about beer!
